Four cheese pasta
This ain't no craft mac n cheese!
3.5 oz grated parmesan cheese
3 oz groviera cheese
3 oz fontina cheese
3 oz asiago cheese
3.5 oz butter
1.5 lbs pasta corta (penne, zitti, bowties, whatever you like)
Prepare the pasta, drain. Melt half the butter with the pasta over medium heat. Stir in pamesan cheese first, then slowly add the rest of the cheese. When all is melted and combined, remove from heat. Sprinkle with the rest of the butter and parmesan cheese, brown top under broiler.
