Point taken...
So I have all this italian stuff on here, italian title, picture of the trinacria, and really no italian recipes. I'm working on a list of pasta dishes for everyone. Don't worry, there will be plenty to chose from! Just a little busy with last-minute holiday stuff. 1st recipe that will be up- l'amatriciana. SO GOOD!
